Do I need to create an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for. Enter the email you used at checkout and we send you a link that signs you in.
Which payments will I see?
Every payment made with your email at a shop that uses CryptoPayr checkout, including orders you paid with your credit.
Why can't I see one of my orders?
Make sure you sign in with the same email you entered at checkout. If a shop didn't ask for your email, that order can't be linked to you. The shop can still look it up for you.
What happens if I pay too much?
The extra is saved as credit on your email. If the shop has your email it happens automatically; if not, the order page lets you save it with one click. Very small amounts under $0.25 aren't kept.
How do I spend my credit?
At the checkout of a shop that offers it, choose Pay with Rewarble and sign in with your email. Your saved credit is then applied to the order.
Where do I buy a Rewarble voucher?
From Rewarble's official resellers. The voucher page at checkout lists them for you.
Is it safe?
Sign-in links work once and expire after 30 minutes, so an old email is no use to anyone. You only see the payments that belong to your email, and voucher codes are never stored.
Who do I contact about an order?
The shop you bought from. They can see your order and help with delivery, changes or refunds.
Does it cost anything?
No. The customer portal is free for shoppers.
