Frequently asked questions
Which currencies can invoices be in?
Any currency your CryptoPayr checkout accepts, such as US dollars or euros. The client pays the invoice amount in that currency, converted to the coin they choose.
Does it work for recurring services?
Yes. Each renewal invoice can be paid in crypto as it comes due. Crypto payments are one-time, so clients pay each invoice when it is issued.
What if a client pays twice or the notification arrives again?
The extension checks each payment with CryptoPayr before recording it, and records each payment only once, so an invoice is never marked paid twice.
How do I refund a client?
Issue the refund from your CryptoPayr dashboard. The client gets an email link and chooses where to receive it.
Which coins are supported?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Solana, TRON and 110+ more, chosen by the client at checkout.
