Frequently asked questions
Which currencies can invoices be in?
Any currency your CryptoPayr checkout accepts, such as US dollars or euros. The client pays the invoice amount in that currency, converted to the coin they choose.
Does it work for recurring services?
Yes. Each renewal invoice can be paid in crypto when it is issued. Crypto payments are one-time, so clients pay each invoice as it comes due.
What if a client pays twice or the notification arrives again?
Each payment is checked with CryptoPayr before it is recorded, and it is recorded only once. A second payment on an invoice that is already paid is not added to it; you'll see it in your dashboard and can refund it.
How do I refund a client?
Issue the refund from your CryptoPayr dashboard. The client gets an email link and chooses where to receive it.
Which coins are supported?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Solana, TRON and 110+ more, chosen by the client at checkout.
