Regulatory status & registrations

CryptoPAYR Limited operates as a payment processor for a Money Services Business registered with, and regulated by, the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) under MSB registration number M/2264-958/5.

CryptoPAYR Limited is a limited company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, operating as a payment processor for a Money Services Business registered with and regulated by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) under MSB registration number M/2264-958/5. Payment, settlement, virtual-asset transfer and crypto-exchange services are provided through that registered MSB, under an anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing programme aligned with the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and FATF standards.

The registration can be verified in the FINTRAC Money Services Businesses registry using the number above. Registration with FINTRAC does not amount to an endorsement of CryptoPayr by FINTRAC, nor a guarantee of the company's performance or solvency. Nature of the Services

CryptoPayr is a cryptocurrency payment gateway. We provide technology that allows merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments, settle balances and make payouts. We act solely as a payments and technology provider and are not a party to the underlying commercial transaction between a merchant and its customer. Merchants are responsible for the goods or services they sell and for their own legal, regulatory and tax compliance.

No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing published on CryptoPayr, or contained in our communications, constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any cryptocurrency or other asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Risk warning

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and their value can fall as well as rise. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; the loss of a private key, use of an incorrect network or address, or network congestion and forks may result in the permanent loss of funds. The CryptoPayr websites and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published on our websites, from market movements, or from third-party services, wallets or blockchains outside our control. Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

The CryptoPayr name, logo, website content, software and design are the property of CryptoPAYR Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by our brand & media kit. Notices of alleged infringement are handled under our DMCA / IP Takedown policy.

Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to escalate it to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, or to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) in respect of the registered Money Services Business through which the Services are provided.
