This Refund Policy explains how refunds work on the CryptoPayr platform. CryptoPayr processes payments on behalf of merchants; the commercial relationship and refund decision rest with the merchant.
Cryptocurrency is irreversible
Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by CryptoPAYR Limited. Any refund is a new, separate transaction initiated by the merchant.
Merchant refunds
Buyers should contact the merchant they paid to request a refund, in line with that merchant's stated policy. Where a merchant approves a refund, it is typically returned to a wallet address the buyer provides, in a supported asset.
Platform fees
Processing fees on the original payment are generally non-refundable. Network fees on the refund transaction are borne as agreed between the merchant and buyer.
Overpayments & misdirected funds
Overpayments, or funds sent using the wrong asset or network, are handled case-by-case and recovery cannot be guaranteed. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
