This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are prohibited on the CryptoPayr Services. It applies to all merchants, buyers and users and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited businesses & activities
You may not use the Services in connection with, or to facilitate, any of the following:
- Unlawful goods or services, or the facilitation of illegal activity of any kind;
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
- Fraud, phishing, deceptive or misleading practices, or Ponzi/pyramid schemes;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors;
- Stolen goods, stolen financial or identity data, or hacking/cracking tools;
- Unlicensed financial, gambling, or money-services activity where a licence is required;
- Weapons, explosives, controlled substances, or precursor chemicals where prohibited;
- Trafficking of persons, body parts, or protected wildlife;
- Intellectual-property infringement or counterfeiting;
- Malware, ransomware, or services designed to compromise systems;
- Mixing/tumbling services or activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
Technical restrictions
You must not abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, interfere with other users, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, withhold or freeze funds pending investigation, and report to authorities where required.
