Risk Disclosure Statement

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Risk Disclosure Statement describes the principal risks of using the CryptoPayr Services and transacting in cryptocurrency. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. The risks below are not exhaustive, and nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You should not use the Services unless you understand and accept these risks.

Market volatility

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move significantly in a short period. The value of assets you receive or hold may fall as well as rise, and except where you have enabled auto-conversion to a stablecoin you bear that market risk.

Irreversibility

Blockchain transactions are generally final and cannot be reversed by CryptoPAYR Limited once confirmed. Sending funds to an incorrect address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong asset may result in their permanent and unrecoverable loss.

Loss of access

Loss or compromise of your wallet keys, account credentials or API keys may result in the irreversible loss of funds or in unauthorised activity. You are responsible for safeguarding them.

Network & technology risk

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, re-organisations, protocol changes or failures that are outside our control and that can affect confirmation times, fees and the availability of an asset.

Regulatory risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of cryptocurrency is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. Changes in law or regulation may affect the Services, your ability to use them, or the value or transferability of assets.

Third-party risk

The Services rely on third parties such as blockchain networks, wallet providers and our upstream processor. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, solvency or security of third parties outside our control.

No deposit protection

Cryptocurrency and balances held in connection with the Services are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme.
