Buyer Terms

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Buyer Terms apply to customers paying a merchant through a CryptoPayr hosted checkout or payment link. CryptoPAYR Limited provides the payment technology; your purchase contract is with the merchant, not with us.

1. Making a payment

At checkout you select a cryptocurrency and network and send the exact amount shown to the address provided, before the invoice expires (1 hour from creation). Send only the asset and network specified — sending a different asset or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

2. Confirmation

A payment is complete once it is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Network confirmation times vary and are outside our control.

3. Underpayments & overpayments

If you send less than the invoiced amount, the checkout will show the remaining balance to send to the same address (unless the merchant accepts underpayments). Overpayments and misdirected transfers are handled at the merchant's discretion; contact the merchant for resolution.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the merchant's own policy and our Refund Policy. Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible; we cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.

5. Receipts & privacy

You may optionally provide an email to receive a receipt. We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the checkout to pay for anything unlawful or for a merchant engaged in prohibited activity (see our Acceptable Use Policy), and you must not be located in a restricted jurisdiction.
