Restricted jurisdictions
We currently prohibit use of the Services from the following jurisdictions (and any region subject to comprehensive sanctions). This list is reviewed regularly and may change:

- Ukraine — Crimea, Donetsk & Luhansk regions
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
Sanctioned persons
Regardless of location, we prohibit use by any person or entity that is the target of sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the Cayman Islands.
Enforcement
We use IP geolocation, KYC data and sanctions screening to enforce these restrictions. Attempting to circumvent them (for example via VPN) is a breach of our Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of access.
