Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CryptoPayr platform, websites, APIs and related services (the "Services") operated by CryptoPAYR Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or are a resident of, a restricted jurisdiction (see our Geographic Restrictions) or appear on any applicable sanctions list.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

3. The Services

CryptoPayr provides cryptocurrency payment processing, settlement and related tools. We are a technology and payments provider; we are not a party to the underlying commercial transaction between a merchant and its customer. Merchants are solely responsible for the goods or services they sell and for their own legal and tax compliance.

4. Fees

Processing fees are charged per successful payment as published on our pricing page and in your dashboard. Fees may change with reasonable notice. Blockchain network fees are separate and outside our control.

5. Acceptable use & compliance

Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, AML / CTF Policy and all other policies referenced here, which are incorporated into these Terms. We operate a risk-based compliance programme and may request identity or source-of-funds information.

6. Settlement & risk

Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Except where you have enabled auto-conversion to a stablecoin, you bear the market risk of assets you receive. We are not liable for losses arising from price movements, blockchain congestion, forks, or third-party wallet errors.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where required by law, to manage risk or fraud, or for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time after settling outstanding balances.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the cryptopayr.com operator's jurisdiction, the Cayman Islands, and the courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
