Electronic signatures & agreements
You agree that clicking to accept, registering, or otherwise using the Services constitutes your electronic signature and creates a binding agreement with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, where permitted by law.
Keeping your details current
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details, particularly your email address, accurate and up to date so that you receive Communications. Communications are deemed received when sent to the email address on your account or made available in your dashboard.
System requirements
To access and retain electronic Communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email account, and the ability to view and save PDF or HTML documents.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting [email protected]. However, because the Services are provided online, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide them to you and we may close your account. Transactional Communications necessary to operate or wind down your account may still be sent.
