Submitting a notice
If you believe content made available through the Services infringes your copyright or other IP rights, send a written notice to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the work or right claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL);
- Your contact details;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent information. We may restore content if the complainant does not pursue legal action within the period required by applicable law.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
