CryptoPAYR Limited is authorized and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) to conduct regulated financial and virtual asset services, including the issuance of payment instruments, the provision of payment and settlement services, the operation of cryptocurrency exchange platforms, and the conduct of virtual asset business activities in accordance with applicable Cayman Islands regulations.

Our authorisation can be verified with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Regulatory authorisation does not amount to an endorsement of CryptoPayr by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), nor a guarantee of the company's performance or solvency. Nature of the Services

CryptoPayr is a cryptocurrency payment gateway. We provide technology that allows merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments, settle balances and make payouts. We act solely as a payments and technology provider and are not a party to the underlying commercial transaction between a merchant and its customer. Merchants are responsible for the goods or services they sell and for their own legal, regulatory and tax compliance.

No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing published on CryptoPayr, or contained in our communications, constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any cryptocurrency or other asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Risk warning

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and their value can fall as well as rise. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; the loss of a private key, use of an incorrect network or address, or network congestion and forks may result in the permanent loss of funds.
